What is Muda Medical?
Muda Medical is a community of small and medium size medical suppliers along with hospitals, surgery center, medical offices and the like. We are providing a solution to help the medical suppliers grow their businesses online by increasing their distribution network and selling directly to the end users. We are also providing a platform for healthcare facilities to sell their unused supplies both capital and disposable directly to other facilities.
Customer service is always at our forefront; our goal is to provide a seamless transaction while we help reduce the burden of the $5 billion that is lost annually to medical waste (unused and expired medical supplies).
Who is selling the products?
All of the supplies are sold directly from small and medium sized medical suppliers, secondary market distributors along with healthcare facilities.
What types of products can I sell?

The products are exclusively medical and healthcare related; ultimately those that can be utilized in healthcare facilities are appropriate.

Medical Suppliers:

Supplies and equipment that would be used in the healthcare related setting. We will work directly with you on which products are suitable and are happy to answer any questions.

Healthcare Facilities:

You are able to sell any product that you own and hold title to. This could be a sterile or non-sterile supply that is unused or used capital equipment that is no longer needed.

We ask that all products be detailed appropriately in the description and that all equipment be in proper working condition to be safely used as it’s intended.

We will review every product before it is listed to help ensure only suitable supplies are available for purchase.

How are the products shipped?

The products are shipped directly from the owners. They will quickly and securely pack the supplies and ship them directly to you.

Transactions:
  • Ensure the product you are purchasing is what you intend to purchase
  • When an item is purchased, the buyer has 72 hours to make a valid claim before the transaction will be finalized
  • A valid claim would be an item that was posted incorrectly or not representative of what was claimed
  • The sale would be considered final at that point and funds will be released to the seller

Returning an item:
  • When an item is purchased, the buyer has 72 hours to make a valid claim before the transaction will be finalized
  • A valid claim would be an item that was posted incorrectly or not representative of what was claimed
  • The sale would be considered final at that point and funds will be released to the seller
  • If the product was posted correctly, we can work with the seller on the return claim. It will be at their discretion if they would like to accept the return

Cancelling an order
If an item was purchased inadvertently, please cancel the order prior to shipment of the item. After shipment the seller is not required to authorize the cancellation and would fall under the return policy. Please contact us as quickly as possible if a cancellation is requested at support@mudamedical.com.
